Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director to lead the company’s Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and FP&A functions in Jember, East Java. You will develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and governance frameworks to support rapid business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, including leadership experience at senior management level.
• Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Taxation, Budgeting, and Internal Controls.
• Experience within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in leading finance teams and supporting business growth.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be based in Jember, East Java.
