Job summary

Eterna Nexus Sincera seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to establish reliable reporting, inventory accounting, cash-flow visibility and practical financial controls. You will own month-end close and coordinate across Indonesian and Singapore entities, driving cost accuracy and cash optimization.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience, PSAK knowledge, and strong Excel/ERP skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a focus on operational finance and control rather than fundraising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Approximately 5–8 years' relevant experience with management accounts and cash forecasting.
• Hands-on inventory, landed-cost, manufacturing or distribution cost accounting.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian PSAK, taxes and controls.
• Strong Excel/Sheets modelling and ERP/accounting software familiarity.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management accounts, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Coordinate accounting, tax, payroll and statutory reporting across Indonesian and Singapore entities.
• Establish inventory valuation and fully landed unit costs; monitor cost variances and gross margins.

• Implement practical approval controls and auditable finance workflows.

Our client, an electric mobility company entering commercial production, is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to establish reliable reporting, inventory accounting, cash-flow visibility and practical financial controls.

Reports to:

Founder & CEO.

Team:

Initially an individual contributor, coordinating outsourced accounting, bookkeeping and tax advisers.

Key responsibilities:

• Own monthly management accounts, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Coordinate accounting, tax, payroll and statutory reporting across Indonesian and Singapore entities.
• Establish inventory valuation and fully landed unit costs; monitor cost variances and gross margins.
• Reconcile supplier deposits, purchase orders, goods receipts, inventory and customer deliveries.
• Maintain a rolling 13-week cash forecast, operating budgets and working-capital visibility.
• Implement practical approval controls and auditable finance workflows.
• Provide financial analysis for management decisions and investor updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant equivalent.
• Approximately 5-8 years of relevant experience, including direct ownership of management accounts, reconciliations and cash forecasting.
• Hands-on inventory, landed-cost, manufacturing or distribution cost accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Indonesian PSAK, taxes and financial controls.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills and familiarity with accounting software or ERP.
• Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Preferred experience:

• CA Indonesia, CPA, ACCA or similar qualification; experience in automotive, electronics, consumer hardware or contract manufacturing; exposure to cross-border transactions, Singapore entities, FX, customs and trade financing.

Ideal profile:

A detail-oriented finance operator who personally builds and maintains processes, communicates risks early and works effectively with Operations and external advisers. The role focuses on operational finance, accounting and control rather than fundraising.
