Job summary

Talent Insider is seeking a Senior Database Lead to Jakarta to lead the database team and oversee all database projects. You will ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure while troubleshooting issues and guiding best practices.

You will collaborate with software engineering and product teams to meet database needs, develop strategies, and deploy new systems. A 10+ year background in DB administration with 5+ in leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• At least 10 years of database administration experience, with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience in payment gateway industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of DBMS: MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud databases on AWS and Azure.
• Proven ability to lead a team of DBAs and engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirement

• Experience in the payment gateway industry is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud-based database platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of database administrators and engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
