Job summary

Talent Insider is an upcoming HR Consultancy Service focused on data analytics and branding strategy for Indonesian clients. The role involves designing and deploying visualization and reporting solutions that meet client requirements while ensuring confidentiality of data.

You will maintain the analytics platform, run SQL queries, perform analyses, and create insightful dashboards for key stakeholders, with clear English communication and a focus on ownership and initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics (or equivalent experience from internship/bootcamp).
• Proficient in SQL.
• High ownership, accountability and self-initiative.
• Clear English communication expected in written and oral forms.

Responsibilities

• Understand that all data managed is client-specific and confidential.
• Design, build and deploy visualization solutions and reporting for customers to fulfil their requirements.
• Maintain and support data analytics platform, including unit testing and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate and continuously improve existing visualization systems and reporting to provide sustainable and responsive reporting for key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute database queries and conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses.
• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
