Talent Insider is seeking a Finance Head in Jakarta to lead and develop the Finance Department. You will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management to support growth and expansion.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in finance leadership within fintech or financial services, with strong analysis, communication, and presentation skills to inform strategic decisions at the executive level.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with strong track record as leader role within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in managing and developing finance teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
