Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia is seeking a senior leader to drive affiliate sales and manage rent-to-own programs for its EV initiative in Indonesia. You will build and optimize affiliate networks, oversee performance metrics, and develop compelling commission and incentive schemes to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, affiliate management, business development, channel partnerships, or community-based sales.
• Experience building networks through driver communities, taxi cooperatives, ride-hailing platforms, or partner ecosystems.
• Strong track record in customer acquisition, sales conversion, revenue growth, and channel development.
• Experience developing commission structures, affiliate incentive programs, or partnership campaigns.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven, results-oriented and able to manage multiple partners in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate sales strategies to drive EV sales and meet targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Oversee RTO programs, monitor customer journeys, and drive conversions from rental to vehicle ownership.
• Build and expand affiliate networks through driver communities, taxi cooperatives, ride-hailing platforms, and other partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance, leads, conversions, and sales results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and improve commission structures, sales incentives, and promotional programs to motivate affiliates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Policy teams to implement campaigns and improve processes.
