MGMI - mGanik Grup Mitra Indonesia seeks an Affiliate Specialist to lead and scale our affiliate ecosystem in Indonesia, driving GMV growth on TikTok Shop and Shopee. You will build strong relationships with top creators and MCNs, design performance-based commissions, and oversee a junior Affiliate Admin for daily operations.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in Affiliate Marketing or related campaigns, with sharp negotiation, leadership, and data analysis skills using
Competenze
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Management, or Marketplace Campaigns.
- Proven network of Top Creators and MCN agencies preferred.
- Experience with CPA and promotional structures and data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
Mansioni
- Develop and execute monthly strategic plans to hit revenue targets and GMV growth on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Lead outreach, pitching and negotiations with Top Creators, KOLs, and MCN agencies to build an active affiliate network.
- Design scalable commission structures and promo campaigns to attract creators.
- Provide product education guidelines and optimize content angles to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Media Buying teams to align promotion efforts.
- Monitor marketplace features and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Supervise one Affiliate Admin and prepare performance reports for management.
