Job summary

AnyMind Group is seeking a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Manager to build, lead, and scale our affiliate and partnership programs across key e-commerce platforms in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. You will own strategy from recruitment to campaign execution and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital marketing with 3+ in affiliate, leadership experience, and a proven network of KOLs and affiliates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing with focus on affiliate programs in ecommerce.
• Leadership experience with teams and partners.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-platform affiliate strategy (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Lazada).
• Manage back-end dashboards, set commissions, promotions, and exclusive offers.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates and KOLs.
• Plan campaigns for events and product launches; align with broader marketing.
• Monitor metrics (traffic, clicks, conversions, CAC, ROAS) and report to leadership.
• Lead and develop the affiliate team and manage the budget.
