Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia seeks a B2B & Dealer Sales Support Lead to drive sales operations across B2B and dealership channels. You will coordinate enterprise and SME acquisitions, manage CRM data, and oversee contract processing from lead to delivery.

You will monitor KPIs, track GMV, and support business growth through proactive planning and collaboration with internal teams and dealerships. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B sales support, sales operations, commercial operations, or business development.
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes, Enterprise and SME customer management, dealership operations, and commercial transactions.
• Experience managing CRM systems, sales pipelines, contracts, and customer data.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with KPI monitoring and performance tracking.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and multi-team collaboration.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and monitor execution.
• Coordinate sales activities and support Enterprise and SME customer acquisition.
• Manage CRM systems and track leads, accounts, contracts, and sales conversions.
• Oversee sales documentation and transaction processes including financing and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with dealerships, financial institutions, and internal teams for contracts and vehicle delivery.
• Consolidate and analyze sales KPIs, GMV, and performance, including bonuses and commissions.
• Prepare regular sales and business performance reports and monitor market developments.
