Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an experienced Head of Accounting to oversee the group’s multi-entity accounting, tax, consolidation, and internal controls across manufacturing and trading units.

You will drive standardized accounting practices, ensure compliant financial reporting, and lead a team through adoption of stronger governance and ERP processes. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA or equivalent is an advantage.
• 7–10+ years hands-on accounting and tax experience, with 3–5 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide accounting SOPs, COA, and financial reporting standards.
• Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements across subsidiaries.
• Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet, P&L, and cash flow reports.
• Strengthen internal controls, audit trails, and governance.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate tax compliance across entities including Indonesian regulations.
• Manage working capital, cash flow forecasting, and management reporting.
