Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a seasoned Head of Accounting to lead the group’s accounting across multiple entities and manufacturing sites in Indonesia.

The role reports to the Founder/Group Owner and focuses on building robust accounting standards, cost control, and transparent management reporting for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate has extensive multi-entity experience, strong IFRS/Indonesian tax knowledge, and the ability to implement scalable ERP controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10+ years of hands-on accounting and tax experience.
• 3–5 years in an Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Manager, or Head of Accounting role.
• Experience across multi-entity operations in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and corporate tax regulations.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and implement group-wide Accounting SOPs, COA, policies, and reporting standards.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation across subsidiaries.
• Oversee tax compliance, audits, and tax reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and governance across entities.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain for accurate accounting treatments.
