Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Head of Accounting in Jakarta to lead the group’s accounting across multiple entities, including tax compliance, consolidation, cost control, and internal controls. You will report to the Founder/Group Owner and drive financial governance in a growing manufacturing-focused group.

Ideal candidates have strong multi-entity accounting experience, exposure to cost accounting and inventory, and fluency in business English with Mandarin as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA or equivalent is an advantage.
• 7–10+ years of hands‑on accounting and tax experience; 3–5 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide accounting, tax, and internal controls across entities.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual consolidations and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
