Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• CPA/CA or equivalent is a plus.
• 7–10+ years of hands-on accounting and tax experience, with 3–5 years in managerial roles.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, Electrical Products, FMCG, Trading & Distribution, Retail, or Manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proven experience managing accounting operations across multiple legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Advanced ERP skills (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, MAS) and Excel.
• Fluent business English; Mandarin is a plus for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize group-wide Accounting SOPs, chart of accounts, accounting policies, and financial reporting standards.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation across subsidiaries and operating entities.
• Prepare consolidated Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and other reports.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of accounting practices across corporate, trading, warehouse, and manufacturing operations.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, approval processes, segregation of duties, documentation, and audit trails.
• Oversee cost accounting, COGS analysis, inventory valuation, and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory accounting and coordinate stock-taking with operational teams.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance across group entities and related reporting requirements.
• Coordinate tax audits and other tax matters; develop tax planning approaches.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and provide insights for liquidity management.
• Prepare financial analysis, budget-versus-actual reports, and margin analysis for senior management.
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions; lead accounting and finance personnel.
• Coordinate with procurement/supply chain on imports, inventory, and related transactions.
• Support external audits and ensure audit-ready records.
• Continuously improve accounting systems and ERP processes as the group grows.
