Monee is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance to lead accounting operations across multiple entities in Jakarta. The role requires guiding a team, ensuring accurate closings, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key focus areas include IFRS/PSAK compliance, regulatory reporting, and collaboration with HQ Finance and business leaders to enable strategic initiatives and better financial governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• CPA/CA qualification is advantageous.
• 8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong IFRS and PSAK knowledge with closing and reporting experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, intercompany, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in financial services/fintech is a plus; regulator interactions preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP and office suites; ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily accounting and finance operations across entities.
• Guide the accounting team to ensure workload balance and timely deliverables.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reports.
• Review GL transactions including accruals, intercompany, fixed assets, and financing.
• Oversee AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and settlements for accuracy and controls.
• Coordinate with HQ Finance and business leaders on reporting and initiatives.
• Provide accounting guidance to stakeholders on new products and transactions.
• Act as point of contact for internal and external auditors on audits.
• Coordinate regulators on reporting and examinations; ensure compliance with regs.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and strengthened internal controls.
