Job summary

PT ASIA PASIFIK LOGISTIK ingin merekrut HR Specialist berpengalaman untuk mengelola proses rekrutmen driver dan staff logistik, serta administrasi HR. Anda akan menjaga akurasi data HR di HRIS dan menyusun laporan berkala.

Profil ideal adalah minimal 5 tahun di HR pada sektor logistik, fasih berbahasa Inggris, dengan kemampuan analitis dan koordinasi yang kuat dengan tim operasional serta pemahaman sistem call center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics or transport.
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field; Master's preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office; strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process for drivers and logistics staff.
• Handle HR administration and employee data in HRIS.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and generate monthly reports.
• Monitor call center system: calls, complaints, escalations, follow-ups.
• Support workforce planning with operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to support logistics.
• Monthly KPI tracking and reporting.

EDUCATION

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management or related field.

Master's Degree (S2) in Human Resource Management or equivalent (preferred).

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource (HR), especially in a logistics or transportation company.

KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment process (direct, operational, & logistics staff).

Must be fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus.

Familiar with logistics driver workflow, operational needs, and driver management.

Monitoring & call center system operations (call handling, complaint management, issue escalation, follow-up).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/HR software.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full recruitment process for drivers and logistics staff (sourcing, screening, interviews, to onboarding).

Handle HR administration and employee data in the HRIS system.

Manage and maintain HR data accuracy and generate reports (monthly/periodic).

Monitor & operate the Call Center system (including handling calls, handle complaints, track issues, follow up).

Support workforce planning and coordination with operational teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.

Collaborate with HR and operational teams to support smooth logistics operations.
