Tujuh Berkat Indonesia is seeking a proactive Head Baker to lead our bakery production in South Jakarta. You will oversee R&D, recipe standardization, production planning, costing and quality control while coaching the bakery team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership and 3–5 years of Head Baker experience, with deep knowledge of bakery operations and inventory management. This role is based at Panglima Polim, South Jakarta.
