Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced Senior Bakery & Pastry Chef to lead our bakery and pastry function across multiple outlets. You will oversee product development, production standards, and quality control while mentoring teams to elevate offerings.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in bread, viennoiserie, cakes, and related products, with a proven track record managing operations across locations. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bakery/pastry with managerial experience.
• Strong technical expertise in bakery/pastry production.
• Experience across multiple outlets or locations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the bakery and pastry function across multiple outlets, ensuring consistent product quality, taste, presentation, and operational standards.
• Develop and execute the bakery and pastry strategy in line with the company's business objectives and brand direction.
• Lead product development and innovation, including new bakery and pastry products, seasonal offerings, and menu refreshes.
• Develop and standardize recipes, production methods, SOPs, and quality standards across all locations.
• Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency, consistency, food safety, and timely product availability.
• Manage product costing, yield, portioning, pricing, and profitability to achieve business targets.
• Identify and evaluate new ingredients, suppliers, techniques, and equipment to improve product quality and production efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and consumer preferences to bring relevant and innovative bakery and pastry concepts to the business.
• Lead, coach, and develop bakery and pastry teams to build strong technical capabilities and maintain high performance standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments on product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes, product quality, cost efficiency, and overall customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards across all bakery and pastry operations.
