Petrosea is seeking a capable HRIS professional to manage and maintain our HR information systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. You will work closely with IT to implement system upgrades and ensure compliance with SHE standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in information systems or HR management, with knowledge of Go (Golang) and experience with databases and APIs. Fluency in English is advantageous for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in information systems and/or Human Resources management.
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Go (Golang).
• Experience with databases, APIs, and system integration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems and process employee data.
• Generate HR-related reports and maintain data integrity.
• Manage system upgrades and collaborate with IT on HRIS improvements.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure ISO/SMK3 standards compliance.

• Operate the maintenance of a company's HR systems. They are charged with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity.

Operate the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems. Day-to-day activities of HRIS are well-monitored.

Supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS. Management on structural policy matters related to the HRIS is successfully supported.

Maintaining data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data. Data integrity in HR system is well maintained.

Working alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments and improvements to the HRIS. Regular assesments and improvements to the HRIS are successfully conducted.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in information systems and/or Human Resources management.
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferablyGo (Golang).
• Experience working withdatabases is preferred.
• Experience withAPIs and system integration is preferred.
• Experience withHCIS, HRIS, HCM tools, or similar enterprise systems is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR functional processes and information systems.
• Good knowledge of technology hardware and software.
• Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with project management applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex issues effectively.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is an advantage.
