The role focuses on strengthening industrial relations, managing complex employee cases, and partnering with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness across Sumatera operations. Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, Industrial Relation or related field.
• 5+ years in a managerial HC/HRBP role.
• Proven experience in Industrial Relations and handling critical employee cases.
• Experience liaising with government bodies (Disnaker) and unions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Capital Business Partner Regional Manager to support regional business operations by driving end-to-end talent acquisition, implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and partnering with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness. This role is also responsible for managing Industrial Relations, including employee relations, labor law compliance, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and handling complex employee cases to ensure a productive and compliant work environment across the region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relation, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Managerial position with strong exposure to HC Business Partner.
• Proven experience in Industrial Relations (IR), including handling critical employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, labor law compliance, dispute resolution, and negotiations.
• Experienced in liaising with the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker), labor unions, and other external stakeholders is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing critical and high-impact employee cases with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong consultation, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities to effectively support business leaders.
• Business-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven, and hands-on approach.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced business environment.
• Preferable from Retail or FMCG industries
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and undertake regular business travel to support operations across the Sumatera region.
