Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a senior HR lead to drive the entire HC function from Kupang. You will partner with business leaders to translate people strategies into measurable results, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, C&B, L&D, and offboarding in a full WFO setup.

You will also shape HR policies, SOPs, and HRIS while managing industrial relations and org design. The role requires strong business acumen, fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a track record of data-driven HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, Law, or related field.
• 7-15 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in both HR operations and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan, Cipta Kerja, BPJS, PPh 21).
• Strong business acumen, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical, high integrity, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Full WFO in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.
