BORWITA CITRA PRIMA is seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner Regional Manager to drive talent acquisition and HR strategy across the region from Jakarta.

The role focuses on strengthening industrial relations, managing complex employee cases, and partnering with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness across Sumatera operations. Strong regulatory knowledge and stakeholder skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Admin, Industrial Relation or related field.
• 5+ years in a managerial HC/HRBP role.
• Proven experience in Industrial Relations and handling critical employee cases.
• Experience liaising with government bodies (Disnaker) and unions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
