Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our store team. You will be at the frontline of selling outdoor products and provide experiential customer service to help customers find the right gear.

Responsibilities include advising customers, communicating product information, and supporting end-to-end selling activities from arrival to checkout. A friendly, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; SPG/SPB experience is a plus.
• Customer oriented with a service mindset.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably domicile near the nearest EIGER Stores in Indonesia.

In this role, you will get to

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer Oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
