Job summary

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industry is seeking a Retail Assistant to be at the frontline of selling outdoor products. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to enhance their outdoor experiences.

The role requires clear communication, product knowledge, and a willingness to work on shifts in Indonesian stores. The ideal candidate has at least a senior high school education, with preference for higher degrees, and prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least SMA/SMK; D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; sales/marketing experience (SPG/SPB) is a plus.
• Willing to work shifts and holidays; target-driven environment.

In this role, you will get to

• Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product's recommendation that match their needs.
• Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
• Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.

What you will Need to Succeed

• Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB).
• Customer Oriented.
• Willing to work shifts and work on holidays.
• Able to work in a target-driven environment.
• Available to join immediately.
• Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
