Job summary

PT. Astra Graphia Information Technology seeks an HCBP Analyst to support the Human Capital Business Partner function and assist in workforce planning, monitor employee lifecycle processes, and align HR programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or industrial engineering.
• At least 1 year HCBP support experience; 3 years preferred.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge of various technical and non-technical roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication; able to work independently or in teams.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in workforce planning and manpower analysis to meet business unit needs.
• Support monitoring and management of employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, recruitment fulfillment, movement, performance, and training needs.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and stakeholders to gather data and insights supporting Human Capital initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR programs including manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement, retention, learning and development, and organizational development.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in workforce planning and manpower analysis to meet business unit needs.
• Support the monitoring and management of employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit.
• Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, recruitment fulfillment, employee movement, performance, and training needs.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and stakeholders to gather data and insights supporting Human Capital initiatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR programs including manpower planning, performance management, employee engagement, retention, learning and development, and organizational development.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems and industrial engineering.
