Wolkk in Bali is seeking a hands-on Junior Product Manager to take our hospitality platform from one department to across the resort. You’ll work directly with frontline teams, turn floor learnings into product improvements, and prototype changes using AI-assisted tools.

You'll grow with the role from one or two departments to the whole resort, helping shape how the platform actually operates daily and deliver measurable improvements in operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in product or adjacent role where you owned outcomes (analyst, ops, engineering, consulting, founder of something small).
• You’ve built something with AI coding tools — an app, a tool, a script — and can show it.
• Technically curious: APIs, databases, SQL — or ready to learn them fast.
• AI-native: you use AI daily and have a view on where it helps and where it doesn't.
• Structured thinker, clear writer.
• Curious about operations — you want to know why a room takes 40 minutes to clean.
• Ownership instinct: you chase things down rather than wait to be asked twice.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; based in Bali or ready to relocate
• Hospitality experience is welcome but not required. We'll teach you the operation; we can't teach the curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Train new staff, keep SOPs current, and follow up until the system is simply how the shift works.
• Own the numbers: a named owner on every stay and a reservation number on every review.
• Keep the daily department boards accurate and help teams read and act on them.
• Expand your ownership from one department to several modules, then to the whole resort.
• Sit with GROs, room stylists, and waiters on shift, and find the workarounds people invented because the product let them down.
• Prototype and build small, requested changes yourself using AI coding tools, with the backend team reviewing and deploying to production.
• Write clear specs for everything larger: acceptance criteria, edge cases, and dependencies.
• Close the loop: tell the team what changed because of them, then check whether it worked.
