Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Wolkk in Bali is seeking a hands-on Junior Product Manager to take our hospitality platform from one department to across the resort. You’ll work directly with frontline teams, turn floor learnings into product improvements, and prototype changes using AI-assisted tools.
You'll grow with the role from one or two departments to the whole resort, helping shape how the platform actually operates daily and deliver measurable improvements in operations and guest experience.
Our client is a boutique treehouse resort in Uluwatu, Bali, building the software that runs it themselves. We’re looking for a hands‑on Junior Product Manager to take their proprietary hospitality operations platform from “live in two departments” to “how the whole resort works.”
The platform brings guest, property, and team operations into one system, with one record per guest, per space, and per team member. It uses AI where language and judgment are needed, and plain, dependable code everywhere else. It’s already live at the Front Office and Guest Relations, with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B next. With a small backend team and a lot of AI tooling, the person closest to the users can change the product, not just ask for changes.
This isn’t a role where you collect requirements and hand them to developers. You’ll work directly with frontline teams and see how they really operate. You’ll drive adoption department by department, turn what you learn on the floor into product improvements, and build smaller changes yourself with AI-assisted development tools. The backend team reviews and ships them to production.
It’s a role to grow into: start with one or two departments, expand to the whole resort, and carry the platform forward as it reaches the client’s other properties.
Success in this role will primarily be measured by two things: how successfully each department adopts the platform as part of its daily operations, and how effectively user requests are resolved or translated into product improvements.
Ultimately, the goal is not simply to launch software, but to make the platform how the resort actually operates every day.
