Job summary

EXO Travel Co. is seeking a Product Development Officer to support the Product Manager in developing and distributing products, with a focus on Bali. You will help identify product needs, gaps, and opportunities across accommodation, attractions, sights, and services.

You will ensure EXO’s offerings reflect the brand image and guest experience marketed externally, working closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Tourism product, sales and/or marketing or similar role.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Team player with a positive and dynamic personality.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training presentations, deliver product trainings.
• Create and update fact sheets and other information files and sheets.
• Create Optional Tour Booklet Production annually.
• Coordinate pricing and updates for EXO experiences with TP and Database Team.
• Research and develop Bali and Indonesia itineraries, including quotations.
• Communicate and produce content for Agents and sales offices.
• Create ENL/Explorer/ProGuide content.
• Serve as key contact to Bangkok Head Office.
• Disseminate weekly product update reports to Management and departments.
• Disseminate biweekly/monthly product updates to agents and offices.
• Provide weekly progress reports to Product Manager on Fridays.
• Maintain clear communication through regular mail exchanges on product development.
