Job summary

Wolkk is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to support the rollout and ongoing development of a proprietary hospitality operations platform for a boutique resort in Uluwatu, Bali. You will work directly with frontline resort teams, translate operating feedback into product improvements, and lead adoption across departments.

This 3–6 month on-site engagement emphasizes practical implementation, SOP creation, and close collaboration with backend developers to ship small AI-assisted enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Operations, Systems Implementation, or a related role.
• Experience implementing software for frontline teams and enabling user adoption.
• Hands-on capability with AI coding/development tools and pragmatic improvements.
• Ability to read and modify a Next.js frontend and Python endpoints.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with on-site Bali work availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product rollout and go-live across resort departments, including training and adoption.
• Work with frontline staff to understand workflows, pain points, and workarounds.
• Translate operational processes into clear workflows within the platform.
• Monitor adoption and ensure data accuracy and active use by departments.
• Gather feedback by observing day-to-day operations and shadowing teams.
• Prioritize requests by impact on guest experience, operations, reviews and revenue.
