Job summary

Keraton at The Plaza in Jakarta is seeking a Front Office Host to deliver excellent and consistent guest service across hotel areas including reception, executive floor, communications center, and concierge. You will assist with guest services to ensure a seamless experience for guests throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will have Indonesian nationality, a hospitality or tourism qualification, and at least two years in hotel operations, with strong customer service and communication

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality is required.
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
