Job summary

PT Makanan Minuman Pusat is seeking a Public Relations professional to elevate guest experience and drive sales alignment within the F&B team in Jakarta. You will collaborate with servers and the service staff to ensure consistency in service and brand voice across all guest touchpoints.

The ideal candidate holds a Hospitality degree, has 2+ years in PR or guest relations, and communicates fluently in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong written and verbal skills and a customer‑oriented

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality major is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to create strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Demonstrates a great attitude and high integrity.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an elegant and memorable first impression
• Ensure the best guest experience by closely coordinating with servers and the service team
• Handle guest complaints calmly, quickly, and effectively to restore guest satisfaction
• Provide upselling training to staff so the team can naturally and effectively offer menu items or products
• Conduct second-visit table checks together with the Manager to ensure guests feel personally attended to and receive the highest service quality
• Deliver warm and memorable farewell greetings to guests, leaving them with a positive lasting impression
