Job summary

PT Human Protalent Indonesia is seeking a professional Receptionist to welcome guests, handle front desk operations, and coordinate registrations in our Jakarta office.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Administration, Public Relations, or related field, with at least 2 years of front desk experience. Fluent English is required; Mandarin is an advantage. Excellent communication, customer service, and basic MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Receptionist, Front Office, or Guest Relation Officer.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented personality.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist visitors professionally.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries courteously.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations and guest arrangements.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and assist with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
