Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Indonesia is seeking a Non-Management Full Time role in Food & Beverage & Culinary. You will serve courses and alcoholic beverages, communicate with the kitchen on menu questions, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.

Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling while upholding safety policies and providing outstanding guest service. The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Communicate with the kitchen about menu questions, wait times, recook orders, and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
• Follow all company safety and security policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests and ensure staff work as a team to deliver service.
