Job summary

Common Grounds Surabaya is seeking a friendly Guest Relations Representative to welcome guests, handle inquiries, and help create memorable experiences in our vibrant cafe.

You will manage guest data with care, communicate clearly, and work proactively in a fast-paced hospitality environment to deliver outstanding service.

Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is a plus, and a polished, presentable appearance is highly valued.
