Resting Koala Spa in Bali is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our on-site team in Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. The role covers greeting guests, handling check-in/out, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining guest records with care and accuracy.

You will coordinate with spa therapists and support clerical tasks while upholding a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Fluency in English is required; Indonesian is a plus.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient phone etiquette and experience handling calls, messages, and appointment scheduling.
• Receptionist duties experience, including welcoming guests, managing bookings, and overseeing front desk procedures.
• Clerical skills such as data entry, record keeping, filing, and basic administrative support.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional presence in a hospitality or spa environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and guest requests.
• Comfort using scheduling software or booking systems; basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, documents).
• Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or wellness settings is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is beneficial.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing inclusive, respectful service to all guests.
