Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is looking for a Reservation Agent – Daily Worker in Jakarta to support the Reservations and Front Office teams. You will handle room reservations efficiently and ensure accuracy according to hotel standards, contributing to high occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Diploma in Hospitality is preferred. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, good communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in reservations is a plus.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of PMS is an advantage.

Job Description

To handle room reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring all reservation requests are processed according to hotel standards and procedures. The Reservation Agent – Daily Worker supports the Reservations and Front Office teams in providing excellent guest service, maximizing room occupancy, and maintaining accurate reservation records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in hotel reservations or Front Office is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel reservation systems or PMS is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organized in handling reservation data.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Able to work under pressure, multitask, and work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Available to work as a Daily Worker (DW), based on hotel operational requirements.
