Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service or front office within hospitality.

• Proficiency in hotel PMS and front office procedures.
• Excellent multitasking abilities; stay calm in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and complete check-in; verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, provide welcome materials.
• Process check-out by verifying charges, handling payments, and issuing receipts using the POS system.
• Provide knowledge on hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local information to assist guests.
• Upsell hotel amenities to maximize revenue and enhance guest experience.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency; manage messages and communications.
