Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta seeks a Guest Service Manager to act as the property Manager on Duty, overseeing all aspects of guest services and front desk operations.

You will ensure the highest levels of hospitality and service, guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will represent property management in resolving guest-related situations, manage service issues, and lead guest relations initiatives while collaborating with all departments to uphold luxury standards at Rajawal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads Guest Services Teams with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Develops plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work efficiently.
• Handles complaints and resolves conflicts to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintains relationships with other departments to support operations and goals.
• Intervenes in guest/employee situations to protect property integrity and guest satisfaction.
• Oversees day-to-day operations and payroll/governance in the department.
