The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Guest Service Manager to act as the property Manager on Duty and oversee daily guest services, front desk operations, and guest relations.

You will resolve guest issues, guide the lobby flow, and lead the guest services team to uphold premier hospitality standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or 2-year hospitality/business degree, with 2 years in guest services or related fields.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years in guest services or related area.
• Alternatively a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related major with no work experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations.
• Represents property management in resolving guest-related situations.
• Manages flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
• Acts as Guest Relations Manager and tracks service issues.
