Responsibilities

• Managing Housekeeping Operations: Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Supervises the property general cleaning schedule and inventories stock for adequate supplies.
• Manages departmental costs and helps achieve budgeted goals; understands budgets and payroll reports as needed.
• Ensures exceptional customer service by responding to guest problems and empowering staff.
