Job summary

Lima Padel Club in Bali seeks a friendly guest relations host to be the first point of contact for guests and members, ensuring a warm welcome from arrival through check-in and bookings.

You will coordinate with the Padel and F&B teams to keep daily operations smooth, manage reservations, and handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and on-site.

A background in hospitality or customer service, strong English, and the ability to multitask in a busy sports venue will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations, reception, front office, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Experience in sports clubs, fitness facilities, hotels, restaurants, or leisure venues is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests and members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage guest arrivals, check-ins, and court bookings.
• Assist guests with court reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, and general enquiries.
• Provide information about court availability, playing schedules, membership, promotions, and venue facilities.
• Manage the reception area and keep it clean, organized, and presentable.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other guest enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the Padel team regarding court schedules, bookings, tournaments, and activities.
• Coordinate with the F&B team to assist guests with café and restaurant services when required.
• Assist guests with equipment rental, including padel rackets, balls, and other facilities.
• Monitor court schedules and help ensure bookings run smoothly and on time.
