Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host & Face-to-Face Lead Generator at Novotel Nusa Dua (Indonesia).

You will engage guests and prospective owners in person, qualify leads, and invite qualified prospects to attend a sales preview in exchange for a gift. You will work on-site, provide local knowledge about attractions, and maintain CRM records while achieving weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to engage guests and qualify prospects in person.
• Experience with CRM entry and lead follow-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet and engage guests and prospective owners face-to-face on property and in local areas.
• Qualify prospects against pre-determined criteria for tours and follow up on leads.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate lead, tour, and marketing data entries.
• Represent Travel + Leisure Co. professionally and meet lead-generation KPIs.
