Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host & Face-to-Face Lead Generator at Novotel Nusa Dua (Indonesia).

You will engage guests and prospective owners in person, qualify leads, and invite qualified prospects to attend a sales preview in exchange for a gift. You will work on-site, provide local knowledge about attractions, and maintain CRM records while achieving weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:*** The Guest Experience Host & Face-to-Face Lead Generator occupies a location at the Resort or in the local area and is responsible for engaging guests and prospective owners face-to-face and inviting those who meet our pre-determined qualification criteria to attend a sales preview in exchange for a gift.`* The Guest Experience Host & Face-to-Face Lead Generator receives a base salary plus a performance-linked weekly bonus, with bonuses paid on the number of qualified tours generated. **PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)*** Meet and engage members, guests, and prospective owners face-to-face on property, in local areas, to generate qualified sales appointments* Establish commonality and build rapport quickly to create a genuinely positive first impression of the Company* Clearly and confidently articulate the benefits of travelling within Travel + Leisure’s community and vacation club* Qualify prospects against pre-determined Company criteria to ensure they meet eligibility requirements, without compromising the guest experience* Maintain regular contact with leads through to confirmed tour, and support the tourgeneration process end to end* Deliver the required number of qualified tours to the sales site and achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets and broader sales KPIs* Provide guests with local knowledge on attractions, activities, and resort amenities as a natural part of building rapport* Accurately complete all lead, tour, and marketing-related paperwork and CRM / sales force application entries* Use phone, WhatsApp, and other communication tools professionally and efficiently to follow up with prospects* Work collaboratively with resort operations and the sales centre to ensure a seamless, joinedup guest journey* Be professional in nature; be approachable while meeting lead-generation quotas* Work within Best Practice Guidelines and all Company and sales-specific policies and procedures* Provide excellent customer service to all guests* Identify opportunities that are on the horizon and put together plans to capitalise on them* Bring fresh and new ideas to management that would be cost and/or time effective* Receive and handle rejections from prospects in a courteous and professional manner* Turn a negative response into an opportunity which can be capitalised on* Work within a defined structure in a fresh, creative manner* Represent the Company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner* Display a high level of loyalty and self-discipline and high integrity* Set goals to maximise lead generation while minimising costs* Interact favourably with all types of people; display excellent verbal communication skills* Adhere to the set work schedule and be on time for work* Attend all training and team meetings as required* Support the Company’s sales and marketing programs and strategies* Display a positive, courteous, and respectful attitude towards the Company and team members* Attain all required government licences and registrations within defined time periods* Stay current with required governmental requirements, work permits, etc.* Employees must ensure they comply with Travel + Leisure Co.
