Job summary

PT Global Indep Consultants Indonesia is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at the property in Bali. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and provide information on villa and wellness facilities.

The role requires good English communication, a friendly and organized approach, basic computer skills, and willingness to work two shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out
• Manage reservations, inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp), and guest records
• Provide information on villa and wellness facilities
• Ensure good cooperation with housekeeping and security teams, and coordinate with the villa coordinator for smooth operations
• Monitor bookings and usage of wellness facilities
• Handle basic administrative tasks
• Ensure reception area is clean and presentable
