Job summary

Boy N Cow Group in Sanur, Bali is seeking a dedicated Front Office team member to welcome guests and ensure smooth arrivals and departures. You will manage guest interactions, coordinate services, and maintain guest records with accuracy.

The role requires excellent English, strong communication, organization, and a professional appearance. You will work with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to deliver memorable hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous front office or guest services experience in hospitality preferred (hotel or resort).
• Excellent communication with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail when multitasking.
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and computer applications; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests on arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest satisfaction.
• Handle telephone calls and direct to appropriate departments.
• Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
