Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Growth Senior Associate (Education) to identify and scale new channels, guide product insights, and drive strategic initiatives across education-focused services. You will work with cross-functional teams to convert data into actionable growth opportunities and craft compelling business cases for senior leadership.

The role requires strong analytics, project management, and collaboration skills, with experience in market research and go-to-market planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Product Management, Consulting, PM or related roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution and scaling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with market research, business case development, and opportunity sizing.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple initiatives running concurrently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments and building new initiatives from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
