Seven Retail is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to drive acquisition and retention metrics, oversee sales centers performance, and own end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives. You will shape high-level plans and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects that scale the business.

You will oversee sales operations, cost efficiency, and process improvements while aligning activities across departments to meet aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in sales, business development, commercial, program management, strategy consulting or field operations
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and support data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in managing daily sales and commercial operations and coordinating between departments
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and refine the company's strategic roadmap aligned with business goals
• Analyze market trends and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks (acquisition and retention)
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to execute strategic projects on schedule with measurable outcomes
• Design and implement sales bundling strategies to increase product adoption
• Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across business units
• Monitor performance against customer acquisition and retention targets
• Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize processes
