Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or related fields; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of thinking.
• Experience in project management, research, or business analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders; proactive and adaptable.
