Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a data-driven Growth professional to own the performance of our clinics and drive nationwide expansion. You will analyze clinic funnels, propose tactical initiatives, and evaluate results to ensure growth targets are met.

You will lead go-to-market for new markets, design acquisition campaigns, craft opening promos, and monitor post-launch performance until product-market fit is achieved. Collaboration across teams will be essential to translate data into action.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in business analysis, development, growth, or marketing.
• Education in management / business / industrial engineering.
• Proven ability to diagnose business trends and implement initiatives that improve results.
• Strong PM and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Data-driven and hands-on; read performance numbers and translate into actions.

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day

• Own the performance of our clinics ensuring they perform as planned: Understanding clinic funnel, propose & execute tactical initiatives, and evaluate results.
• Own GTM for new market: build the go-to-market plan, execute acquisition campaigns, design opening promos/offers, and monitor the post-launch until it reaches product-market fit.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, Project Management, Growth, Expansion, or Marketing.
• Preferably to have an education background in management / business / industrial engineering.
• Track record of diagnosing why a business declines / grows and executing initiatives that measurably improved results.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills (this role sits at the intersection of several other teams).
• Data-driven and hands-on: able to read performance numbers directly and turn them into action, able to execute the initiatives, monitor & evaluate. .
