GTMLab, a paid growth and strategy firm, is seeking a Performance Marketing professional to drive growth across multiple industries and markets from our Jakarta office. You’ll own paid acquisition as a core business function, turning creative, media buying, and data into scalable growth systems.

Success comes from reading the business economics, identifying leverage points, and then applying channel craft to maximize profitability.

Competenze

• 4+ years of paid acquisition experience.
• Strong understanding that creative and pricing impact growth metrics.
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable media plans.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Own and scale paid media performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn with data-driven focus.
• Explore new platforms and markets, including AI-driven buying while adapting to emerging ecosystems.
• Treat accounts as knowledge bases; capture learnings from wins and losses to improve future spend.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and founders to identify and scale high-impact moves.
