• Has owned paid acquisition for 4+ years.
• Understands that creative and funnel influence performance.
• Thinks in systems: media buying, funnel behavior, business outcomes.
• Can reason with metrics like LTV/CAC, MER, break-even CAC.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media performance across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn with a data-first approach.
• Identify new platforms, markets, and methods for growth and write playbooks when needed.
• Collaborate closely with strategists and creatives to find what moves the numbers and scale winners.
• Turn business readinto channel strategy and budget decisions under real pressure.
